I’ve worked with Kimmie Petrocky several times now. I couldn’t be happier. I’m pretty specific and probably fussy but Kimberly always spends time making sure that every request is met and detail achieved. After the sale if I have questions she responds immediately. The white glove delivery has been amazing as well. The turn around time is definitely a big factor for me during the pandemic. Modani’s in stock position is always awesome. Modani has a life long customer in me.
Kimmie at the Tampa store is a bright star for this company. She worked so hard with us to find the right furniture. We had delivery issues and Kimmie went above and beyond to fix the issue.

Always buy from the store so that a professional can assist. I made the mistake of buying online originally and had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was able to cancel my order and work with a sales associate here in Houston. While there were still some hiccups along the way, I had much better communication and someone looking into the issues. I will continue to order from Modani but never online again.
Thank you Teal for all your help though all the craziness. You really stepped up and went beyond your own responsibilities and made everything perfect.

I bought a dinning set from them and one of the chair was defective. I have tried to contact them numerous times but with no luck.

This is one of the worst companies you can ever give your money to. It’s a part-time job getting them on the phone, they’ve had my money for so long and canceled so many deliveries it’s ridiculous stay far away from this company!
Richard made our buying experience super simple and straightforward. He was responsive and provided us with all details on the pieces in a timely manner. We will definitely do business with Richard again!
TERRIBLE customer service EVERRRRRR! Purchased a dining table set, which was delivered in the second week of October. One of the chair had come defective so was sent back and reported claim for replacement of the defective item. The customer service people never takes your call in the first hand or return your call. After 'n' number of attempts luckily someone picked up the call and said the defective item will be replaced by 2nd week of November, its November 29th and as before there is nobody to answer from the other side.
